sway & flutter; inception within

The inner I-
Sits by a swing, in the cloak of summer night
Pushing herself,
To the sound of solitary metal rhythm,

Shying away from moonlight
But not so shy flutters the pulse
That echoes like words
Testifying a solemn oath of living

While the inner I
still sweeping air so aimlessly,
Beneath dangling feet
